We’ve enjoyed wines from Big Table Farm over the past few years, and were very excited to receive samples of their 2018 Spring releases. The quality of their wines across the board is really impressive now, and their bottles are still among the most beautiful in the business. It’s a pleasure to taste and talk about these. In this show we taste the 2017 Laughing Pig Rose, and the 2016 Willamette Valley Chardonnay, the 2016 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, and the 2016 Pelos Sandberg Vineyard Pinot Noir.

    re rose! – YES we poured that rose Saignée (French for bleeding) on 100% whole cluster berries !!! : ) we don’t de- stem anything and never fine or filter : )

    chard – 10% new : ) and yes i think u are getting maybe a touch of yeast and ‘good’ reduction on the nose : )
