For this show, we wanted to check in on some Oregon Pinot Noir that we’ve been holding on to for a few years. Some of these wines have been on the show before, but they, like us, have aged. We try the 2010 DePonte Cellars Dundee Hills Pinot Noir, the 2012 J Christopher Sarah Adele Pinot Noir, and the 2011 Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.

Chas picked out three bottles of Pinot Noir from 2012, and our friend Matt joined us for the tasting. When he said they could be from anywhere, he got us thinking about world wide producers, but in truth, all three are pretty close to home. This show features the 2012 J. Christopher Lumiere Pinot Noir, the 2012 Reustle Prayer Rock Vineyards Winemaker’s Reserve Pinot Noir, and the 2012 Analemma Columbia Gorge Pinot Noir.

Have you ever had a sports injury?

We get back to focusing on the Pacific North West with this show, and we check out three Chardonnays that we were curious about.  Our friend Matt joins us again, and the wines delivered well.  We taste the 2009 Bergstrom Old Stones Chardonnay, the 2009 Cameron Dundee Hills Chardonnay, and the J. Christopher Cuvee Lunatique.
